Therapy for Individuals, Couples and Families

Most of us will go through unexpected difficulties and challenges in our life. During those times we may begin to feel lost, stuck, depressed or even hopeless. Acknowledging those feelings and confronting them is courageous and the first step in creating positive change in our lives. Through the process of therapy clients will have an opportunity to obtain a deeper understanding of themselves and to identify patterns and cycles of behavior.

My Approach

As a therapist my goal is to create a warm, non judgemental environment that fosters a feeling of openness and safety for the client. My approach is collaborative and goal oriented.

My Clients are:

- Couples who have gone through a crisis such as an illness, traumatic event or financial setback.
- Families coping with raising children with special needs
- Individuals facing life cycle changes
- Individual, couples or families coping with illness and chronic conditions
